Your Impact
As an Inventory Replenishment Intern at Lowe's, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting product availability and inventory productivity across assigned merchandise categories, stores, and distribution centers. You'll analyze demand, inventory, and supply data while learning how replenishment strategies help maintain strong in-stock performance and balance inventory investment.
You'll collaborate with Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and vendor partners to identify and resolve inventory flow opportunities, support key selling events, and help ensure products are positioned to meet store and digital customer demand. You'll also gain experience maintaining replenishment data, developing actionable business insights, and supporting process and system improvements that enhance inventory performance and customer experience.

What You Will Learn
- Analyze inventory, demand, and supply data to support replenishment of decisions and product availability.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support purchase order management and inventory flow for stores and distribution centers.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and vendor partners to resolve inventory flow challenges.
- Support replenishment strategies for promotions, seasonal transitions, new products, and other key business events.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations that improve inventory productivity and customer experience.
- Gain exposure to replenishment systems, business rules, planning assumptions, and process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Expected graduation dates of December 2027, May 2028, or May 2029.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Relevant internship or experience in retail, inventory management, supply chain, demand planning, or operations is a plus.
- Experience with inventory, ERP, replenishment, or order management systems is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications is a plus.
- Experience in a leadership role at work or within a campus organization is a bonus.
