- Position Summary:
- Outbound Sales Agents work in an automated phone system that makes telephone calls to potential customers who respond to various ADT marketing and partner campaigns. Agents engage with these potential customers, verify each contact meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist.
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

- Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sales experience preferred
- Over-the-phone call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check

- Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
- The pay range for this role is $11.00 an hour, plus commission, and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees will earn a training wage of $11/hr + $250 completion bonus during Week 1 of Training. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off (PTO) among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
The anticipated end date for application submission is 8/19/2026. The role is scheduled to start 9/28/2026.
