JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead Partner Product Manager- TailFin Labs Joint Venture

Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative, customer-centric, and strategic leader to drive ideation, solutioning, and delivery of high-impact initiatives. This role partners closely with business leadership, partners, Product, and cross-functional teams to transform concepts into actionable solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner needs. The position involves working with high-value partners to deliver strategic outcomes and long-term growth opportunities while supporting both retail and online channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a visionary approach to roadmap planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovation, Concept Ideation & Validation

    • Generate and refine innovative product concepts that address market opportunities and partner needs.

    • Take partner concepts and transform them into real, market-ready solutions.

    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate ideas.

  • Financial Analysis & Business Case Development

    • Apply data-driven decision making to evaluate opportunities and prioritize investments.

    • Create detailed cost-benefit analyses and financial models for new opportunities.

    • Package concepts into compelling business proposals and present them to executives for approval.

    • Present ROI projections and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Public Speaking & Executive Communication

    • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to executives, partners, and stakeholders.

    • Represent the product strategy in high-visibility forums, ensuring clarity and impact.

  • Strategic Roadmap Planning

    • Build and maintain a long-term roadmap for partner initiatives.

    • Align roadmap with organizational goals and evolving market trends.

  • Solutioning with Partners

    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate concepts into feasible solutions.

    • Define solution requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Delivery & Execution

    • Define and track key milestones for product launches and enhancements.

    • Ensure timely delivery within budget and to meet agreed-upon business objectives.

  • Retail & Online Channel Support

    • Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and engagement across retail and online channels.

    • Ensure solutions are optimized for omnichannel delivery and partner integration.

Qualifications

  • Minium 5 years of product management and/or strategic consulting experience.

  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership and external partners.

  • Experience in omnichannel strategy, supporting both retail and online channels.

  • Experience in financial services, core banking systems, and/or payment processing (required).

  • Demonstrated ability to create financial models and cost-benefit analyses for business cases.

  • Excellent collaboration skills across business leadership, partners, Product, and technical teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

PAY RANGE

The targeted base salary for this position is $120,700 to $180,900 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
