Supports retail mortgage loan originators by managing borrower and realtor communications, analyzing credit and financial documentation, structuring loans, maintaining pipelines, clearing underwriting conditions, and coordinating applications and appointments. Uses Encompass and Salesforce to track files, ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance, resolves documentation issues, and contributes to client retention and new business development.

Supports the third-party risk management lifecycle by applying risk methodologies, assessing standard vendor relationships, reviewing documentation, coordinating stakeholder and subject matter expert reviews, tracking remediation, maintaining assessment records, and preparing status reports. The role performs data-quality checks, communicates with third parties regarding lower-risk gaps, escalates complex or high-risk issues, and contributes to TPRM process improvements and audit readiness.

Manage Rx Marketplace contracting from negotiation through implementation and lifecycle management. Ensure contracts are properly executed, stored, tracked, compliant, and risk-controlled. Develop effective contract terms, coordinate with legal stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and support program development for clients and prospects. The role requires deep pharmacy, health plan, and employer contracting expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with business collaboration tools.
