The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Compliance Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will ensure that the company’s operations and processes adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies, mitigating risk and promoting ethical practices.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential risks
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions
- Provide guidance and training on compliance matters
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and compliance tracking tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
