The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Community Manager at Turquoise Health, you will manage online communities, forums, and social engagement to foster a positive and engaged user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Moderate and manage online communities and forums
  • Engage with users to answer questions, provide guidance, and encourage participation
  • Develop content and campaigns to increase engagement
  • Monitor community metrics and report on trends
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or engagement roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, community platforms, and social media tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
