Job Description:
Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist - Must be BABCP Accredited
Fully remote - UK only
Permanent. Full or part time (minimum of 3 days per week - 24 hours)
Salary from £47,000* per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits
*based on full-time, if part-time this will be pro-rata
*Session Requirements:
- We can offer sessions Monday to Friday during the following times 08:00-20:00 
- At least one of your shifts will need to be a late shift: 11:30-20:00 
- Each day will include 5 appointments

Providing high intensity CBT sessions on a 1-2-1 basis, you will treat clients referred from our insurance business who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. Working remotely, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- To provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes 
- To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client 
- To provide different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference 
- To adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team 
- To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals 
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Full BABCP accreditation 
- Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions and managing own caseload 
- IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems 
- Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon 
- Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred 
- Right to work in the UK
