Job Summary
The Bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records, reconciles accounts, tracks daily transactions, and ensures timely financial processing in support of the accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and general ledgers
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process invoices, receipts, and expenses
- Support month-end closing
- Monitor A/R and A/P activity
- Assist with financial reporting
- Communicate with clients and vendors on billing-related matters
Requirements
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
