This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Billing Specialist at Turquoise Health, you will manage billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and resolve client or internal billing inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline billing processes
- Generate reports on billing activity and trends
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and billing software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
