In this role, you will:
- Monitor and respond to remediation events utilizing state-of-the-art tools and managed services.
- Provide written summaries of remediation activities and other relevant information to business units.
- Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and at other vendors and report system defects as needed.
- Work with automated tools to detect, monitor, and remove malicious content.
- Analyze security logs and investigate network and server security violations and intrusions.
- Research ways to improve our services and strengthen our relations with other vendors.
- The daily work for this position is Sunday - Thursday (US).
The skills you'll bring include:
- Solid communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capabilities and knowledge in Cyberspace and technical expertise and experience in security.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills related to cyber security and computer forensics.
- A customer-driven mindset focused on ensuring a fantastic customer experience.
- Experience with abuse departments (takedown process) - Advantage
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in all areas of work.
