What you'll do as a Mobile App Release Manager
- Create, package, and submit iOS and Android builds in compliance with app store requirements
- Coordinate with Regulatory and Release Management to ensure documentation and approvals are complete pre-launch
- Align Engineering, QA, and Product teams on release scope, readiness, and versioning
- Lead regression testing cycles with QA and validate releases against acceptance criteria
- Manage internal and external beta programs, driving feedback collection and integration
- Support phased rollouts and A/B testing with Product and Analytics teams
- Monitor live app performance using dashboards and alerts for stability and adoption
- Communicate release status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and consistently
What you'll bring
- Experience managing mobile releases for iOS and Android
- Strong knowledge of app store submission processes and tooling (Xcode, Android Studio, CI/CD, Git)
- Familiarity with QA and defect resolution workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple releases concurrently
- Experience with mobile monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, DataDog)
- Interest in leveraging AI-driven tools to improve release or testing processes
- Bonus: Experience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature flag tools; background in gaming, fintech, or regulated industries
