Wells Fargo is looking for a strategic powerhouse to join our team as a Senior Lead Technology Release Delivery Consultant. You are one part technology delivery, one part influencer senior leadership, and ready to shape the future of cybersecurity implementation. In this role, you will:
Support cross-cyber technical implementation and delivery across the Information Protection domain engineering delivery requirements and perform Technology Release Delivery for multiple Engineering and Architecture teams, focused on implementing an enterprise wide data scanning and classification tool across many technology teams. You will work across the enterprise, including 4000+ applications, platform owners for cloud, SaaS solutions, M365, etc, for structured and unstructured assets, and work with vendors, cyber engineering teams, sourcing, legal, third party and other critical stakeholders to drive rollout and adoption.
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence cross-product release plans of high complexity with significant dependencies across multiple products and/or teams within a product line or single product
  • Lead the strategy and creation of highly complex product releases requiring coordination and analysis across multiple products and/or teams
  • Drive continuous delivery performance improvement leveraging delivery metrics
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative release planning, dependency and delivery coordination and compliance requirements across multiple products and/or teams
  • Strategically engage with Business Services Leads, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Technology Leads and Scrum Masters and serve as an expert advisor to Product Management and Technology Leadership
  • Act as a coach across the product for Agile and Product Ways of Working, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management policies as well as Ensure properly managing quality release communications
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Technology Delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with data classification and data classification software and info security domain
  • Vendor management or contracting experience
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Change Management processes
  • Ability to understand the architecture and impacts of work across multiple platforms
  • Ability to articulate potential release collision points and critical dependencies across multiple product areas (or products)
  • Experience making timely and fact-based recommendations while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment
  • Facilitation skills - particularly within a software development environment leveraging understanding of architecture and platform constructs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira and Jira Align
  • Demonstrated history to creating transparency and clarity across the products on the synchronization of release events, including but not limited to the iterative development of feature roadmap(s), to help the team recognize potential dependencies and conflicts
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
