As a Relationship Manager on the Corporate Web Management Team, you will serve as a critical liaison between cross-functional marketing stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of web channel properties that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating business goals into actionable technical solutions, and managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale web projects. You will work closely with business analysts, development teams, content authors, designers, vendors, strategists, and testing teams to drive project success and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams across all lines of business to understand their objectives for web channel properties.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to capture business goals, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements in collaboration with business analysts and development teams.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale web projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and proactively address risks and issues.
- Work with business analysts and technical teams to evaluate and prioritize solutions for inclusion in content authoring, design, or functionality development queues.
- Ensure requirements are accurately documented and communicated to relevant teams for implementation.
- Monitor the progress of queued items and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across functions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, project management, or web-based project delivery within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing principles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale web projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing contractual relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.

- Advanced degree preferred (MBA).
