Description

Prochant is seeking highly qualified individuals for a Reimbursement Success Manager position. This role is responsible for several areas that are key to a success for Prochant, an outsourced billing service in the U.S. healthcare industry. Reimbursement Success responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This role is responsible for leading and planning the billing operations for multiple medical billing departments primarily in the DME, Sleep, and Infusion space. The individual is responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across multiple clients and markets. The purpose of this role is to ensure billing and cash flow stay consistent; always look for ways to improve and increase collections, and proactively identify leading collection risk indicators. This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct the department. The Reimbursement Success Manager is responsible for building a strong partnership with the client. Reimbursement Success Managers identify new business opportunities among existing customers and provide assistance in the New business acquisition cycle. In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams, such as the operations and sales teams.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year Associate degree preferred
  • 3-5 years progressive DME/Revenue Cycle Management experience
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small to large groups
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
  • Proficient in at least one of the Industry recognized billing systems- Brightree, TIMs, HDMS, Niko
  • Analytical Skills
  • Experience with Global/International team collaboration
  • California payer HME/DME experience preferred
  • Capitation experience preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally preferred but not required
