More specifically, you will:

Achieve consistency in the storage and management of the content library

Maintain a positive, professional relationship with internal and external clients

Execute the instructor role as needed, with responsibilities that may expand over time

Establish a strong collaborative relationship and consistent line of communication with the Director of Education Services

What We Need From You

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry

Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities through to completion

Ability to take initiative on projects and see them through with accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail

Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel

Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Flexibility to travel primarily within the contiguous United States (Regulatory Education Directors average approximately 30 nights away from home per year)

As part of the overall interview process, candidates who advance past the initial CV review will be asked to prepare and deliver a short technical presentation of their choosing

Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
