We are seeking a strategic, people-first leader to join our senior leadership team as the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Field Strategy. This role is responsible for leading the field strategy function in-region aligning our go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and customer success. Strategic Field Leadership
- Lead the creation and execution of field strategies that drive revenue growth, customer success, and competitive advantage.

- Act as a strategic advisor to field teams—driving territory design, sales coverage models, and performance frameworks.

Team Leadership & Development

- Drive collaboration across the team to ensure consistent planning, execution, and feedback loops with field teams.

Operational Excellence & Execution
- Implement tools, processes, and insights that enhance field productivity and GTM effectiveness across ALL cloud solutions and overall Calix platform.
- Develop and lead the Calix Communities program to enhance cross-functional learning and enablement
- Foster strong communication between corporate and field functions to ensure alignment on priorities, feedback, and execution.
- Use data to drive decisions, optimize performance, and support field enablement/engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with field sales teams complex deal strategy
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or leadership roles in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling strategic or enablement teams with proven leadership success.
- Deep understanding of field sales motions, GTM models, and strategic planning.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Proven ability to drive change, navigate ambiguity, and build scalable processes.
- Highly analytical, with a passion for using data to drive insights and decision-making.
