We are looking for a driven and strategic Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to grow and lead our US Central Enterprise sales team.

In this role, you will own the entire sales process and lead a high-impact team of Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll be responsible for achieving stretch revenue goals, coaching and fostering sales talent, and delivering outstanding results through strong leadership, data-driven insights, and rigorous sales execution.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales quotas.
  • You'll take ownership of the sales process, developing and implementing best practices to maximize performance and achieve our revenue targets.
  • You'll build a transparent KPI framework and leverage tools like Salesforce and Clari to monitor team performance, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You'll be passionate about recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier sales talent, building an internal pipeline of future leaders.
  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue operations, marketing, and field engineering, to execute against the GTM strategy.

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales development/inside sales or sales in the Enterprise Software space, preferably in SaaS and the cloud data ecosystem.
  • 3+ years of people leader/management experience. You will have proven experience of inspiring, motivating and building high performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing a central US territory/region. You will also be located within the central US time zone.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, marketing operations and sales enablement tools, and outreach software to drive revenue performance.
  • Thrive working in a complex, innovative, changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build deep and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $157,500 - 210,000. Because this role is eligible for variable pay in the form of sales commissions, your total on-target annual earnings will be between $315,000 - 420,000 OTE. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
