At Cubex, we provide a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary, quarterly commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package, ensuring you are rewarded for your success.Responsibilities & Key Focus:✔ Represent our innovative software, inventory control devices, and service solutions while negotiating with veterinary healthcare providers, groups, and assigned accounts.
✔ Achieve and exceed a multi-million-dollar annual sales quota, as designated by Cubex Sales Management.
✔ Develop and present financial needs analyses, business cases, and proposals to executive stakeholders, DVM owners, and hospital administrators.
✔ Expand key accounts, territories, and business growth opportunities while managing assigned resources effectively.
✔ Deliver detailed and accurate revenue forecasting.
✔ Maintain sales accountability by aligning actions with revenue goals and performance benchmarks.
✔ Navigate the executive-level sales cycle with a keen understanding of deal structure and decision-making processes.
✔ Leverage data analytics, industry trends, and market insights to drive new revenue opportunities.
✔ Engage in key industry trade shows, conferences, quarterly business reviews, and networking events.
✔ Develop and execute strategic sales close plans, collaborating with internal and partner teams.Professional Requirements and Qualifications:✔ 7+ years of senior-level sales experience in capital equipment, supply chain management, system software, or technology sales within the healthcare or related industries.
✔ Proven ability to drive consultative and value-based sales in complex, high-level business environments.
✔ Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare pharmaceutical, technology, and supply marketplace.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Strong ability to work independently, managing accounts and customers with minimal supervision.
✔ Exceptional relationship management skills, with a working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.Primary Location:📍 Field-based position: 60% travel / 40% home office flexibility.Compensation:💰 Base + Commission: $200K-$225K OTE at plan.Benefits:🌴 Open PTO, including 9 observed holidays.
