About the role:
At Aviatrix, we’re transforming the cloud networking landscape—and we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who’s ready to be part of that journey. You’ll be at the forefront of engaging Fortune 500 enterprises, helping them unlock the full potential of their cloud environments with Aviatrix’s cutting-edge platform.
In this high-impact role, you’ll drive strategic account growth through strong relationship building, deep customer understanding, and a consultative, use case-driven approach. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including BDRs, field engineers, partner managers, and marketing leads to execute on an account-based strategy. Whether you’re leading expansion conversations, managing renewals, or helping customers navigate their cloud journey, you’ll bring energy, insight, and grit to every interaction.

Position Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customer to identify their needs and introduce Aviatrix’s solutions
- Manage contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Build relationships with customer based on trust and respect
- Collaborate with internal teams cross-functionally to address customer needs
- Collaborate within the Aviatrix team on strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care
- Collect and analyze data to learn more about customer behavior
- Keep accurate records related to customer accounts
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Identify industry trends
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant enterprise technology sales experience in security, networking, cloud, or infrastructure tooling.
- Ideal candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue
- Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing
- Capacity to develop relationships quickly with customers and technical audience
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The US OTE compensation range for this full-time position is $290,000 - $350,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
