What You'll Do

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market penetration by:

  • Meeting and exceeding regional sales goals through strategic territory management
  • Developing new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for distributors, contractors, and manufacturer representatives
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders throughout the region
  • Training, educating, and supporting sales teams, contractors, and independent manufacturers' representatives on RectorSeal product lines
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending effective product solutions
  • Monitoring competitive activity, market trends, and regional business conditions to execute growth strategies
  • Participating in industry conferences, dealer meetings, and product events
  • Reporting regional sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Collaborating with fellow Regional Sales Managers to achieve company and team objectives

Key Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring:

✔ 3+ years of B2B sales management experience

✔ Experience selling through the Electrical distribution channel

✔ Experience in training, coaching, and motivating independent manufacturers' representatives

✔ Strategic territory planning and market development expertise

✔ Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) in the domestic US

✔ MS Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Competencies:

✔ Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets

✔ Strong relationship-building and account management skills

✔ Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills

✔ Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred

Compensation:

RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
