As Relyance AI’s Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for building, developing and managing a team of sellers who will expand Relyance business to enterprise users as part of our growing GTM function. This role is critical to scaling our presence in the enterprise market and driving transformational deals with strategic customers, as we redefine how enterprises manage privacy, data governance, and AI compliance.

As a Regional Sales Director, your role will include:

  • Building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing team of enterprise Account Executives
  • Owning regional revenue goals and developing winning go-to-market strategies to exceed them
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive a seamless buyer journey
  • Serving as a strategic leader in key deals, navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Forecasting and reporting pipeline performance and key sales metrics to senior leadership
  • Leveraging and optimizing the sales playbook to drive repeatable, scalable success
  • Staying current on AI governance, data privacy, and compliance trends to ensure Relyance AI maintains thought leadership 

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • 5+ years leading a distributed Sales team.  
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota and scaling high-performing sales teams.  
  • Deep experience selling complex, consultative solutions to technical and business decision-makers.  
  • Expertise in MEDDIC and strong familiarity with Command of the Message.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • A passion for building in fast-paced, early-stage environments.  
  • Knowledge of or experience in privacy, data security, or AI compliance.  

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience selling in the privacy, security, or data governance space.
  • Experience selling to CISOs or Heads of Security.
  • Familiarity with the Relyance AI platform and our mission.

We use data-driven pay practices with the goal of ensuring offerings are competitive to the market and our team members are being compensated correctly based on their roles, experience, and location. As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $160,000 to $175,000.
