We are in search of a highly skilled, results-oriented Regional Sales Director, with a track record of success in a dynamic SaaS environment, to lead a team of high performing senior sales professionals.. 

This role is responsible for leading a team in North America and driving growth of annual recurring revenue (ARR) from a segment of high potential, existing customers and potential customers.

What you'll do:

  • Build, lead and coach a team of high performing sales professionals.

  • Develop and execute a territory and account planning strategy to maximize sales.

  • Build and grow pipeline, accurately forecast the business.

  • Apply operational rigor to create and grow pipeline, forecast business and use Pluralsight’s sales framework to get deals successfully closed. 

  • Partner closely with key cross-functional orgs (Marketing, Product, Content, PreSales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.) to create possibilities for customers and the company.

  • Hands-on engagement with customers and sales cycles to drive progression and executive level engagement to support large, complex sales cycles.

  • Live and breathe our values and build a strong, thriving team culture.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Experience executing enterprise level sales cycles.

  • Experience developing sales pipelines; penetrating new accounts and growing existing accounts. 

  • Strong people leadership and executive-level communication skills.

  • Experience and knowledge of co-selling and leveraging channel partners.

  • Value-based, solution selling expert in large, complex sales cycles

  • Customer obsessed and a passion for building team culture.

  • Preferred: Direct experience selling edtech solutions or software to technology organizations within large enterprises. 

  • Preferred: Recurring revenue / SaaS business experience.

  • Preferred: MEDDPICC sales framework knowledge

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience with a track record of consistent sales goal achievement.

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Draper, UT, or Westlake/Dallas, TX offices should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

  • Travel: Travel expectations differ by role. Some quota-bearing sales positions involve limited travel, while others may involve travel of up to 40%, depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

Pay Transparency:

The US base salary range for this role is $250,900-$401,800 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
