The Crown Is Yours
As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll lead the people and operations behind Jackpocket's lottery fulfillment across multiple markets in the U.S. You'll oversee managers and facilities, set the standard for consistent, high-quality execution, and partner closely with senior leadership to scale operations as we expand into new states. From launching new markets to optimizing existing ones, you'll bring both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop people managers across multiple operational sites, ensuring strong leadership, engagement, and consistent execution.
  • Own regional operational performance by defining, tracking, and improving key metrics related to quality, compliance, productivity, and cost.
  • Standardize and scale operating procedures, best practices, and training programs across fulfillment centers to support growth and efficiency.
  • Lead new market launches end to end, including site readiness, staffing plans, process design, vendor coordination, and execution against timelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Human Resources, Facilities, Product, Engineering, and Information Technology teams to implement operational improvements and new initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lottery authorities, regulators, vendors, and external partners to support compliant and reliable operations.
  • Identify operational risks and opportunities through data, hands-on observation, and real-time problem solving, driving continuous improvement across the region.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site operations, including direct management of people leaders across multiple markets.
  • Proven ability to scale operational models, lead through change, and improve performance using data and clearly defined KPIs.
  • Strong program management skills, with experience launching new sites, markets, or business lines in complex environments.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards, employment law, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Comfort using data and operational systems to diagnose issues and inform decisions, including hands-on troubleshooting when needed.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to leverage data for operational insights.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% throughout the United States, including occasional nights and weekends.
