About the role The Regional Head of Sales, AME is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and driving profitable growth across the Americas region for the Mass Transfer Components & Services (MTCS) business. This role owns regional sales performance, strategic account development, and channel partner effectiveness while building strong customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, order intake, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Lead strategic customer engagement and cultivate executive-level relationships with key accounts to drive long-term growth.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of agents, distributors, representatives, and other channel partners across the Americas.
  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Service, and Finance to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a high-performance commercial culture focused on collaboration, compliance, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.

Qualifications & Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within industrial manufacturing, engineered equipment, or process industries.
  • Proven success leading regional sales organizations with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing indirect sales channels, distributors, agents, and commercial partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and CRM-driven sales management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Preference for bilingual in Spanish and English.

Travel Expectations

25%-30% travel to our Mexico City site - opportunity to office in our Energy Corridor or Humble locations.
