About the Position
The Regional Director, Field & Partner Marketing – Americas is a strategic marketing leader responsible for driving measurable business impact across the Americas region. This role leads a high-performing field marketing team and collaborates closely with Sales leadership to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline creation, enhance partner engagement, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
As a key member of the global marketing organization, you will translate global strategy into regional execution—adapting campaigns, programs, and initiatives to meet the unique needs of each market segment and customer audience. You’ll foster collaboration across sales, channel, product, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and performance at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing field marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and results.
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and marketing-influenced pipeline growth across the Americas.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to align go-to-market priorities, co-create territory marketing plans, and ensure marketing activities directly support pipeline and revenue targets.
- Translate global campaigns and corporate messaging into impactful regional programs that resonate with local markets, partners, and customer segments.
- Build strong collaboration between field marketing, product marketing, and global demand teams to ensure regional customization and flawless execution of campaigns.
- Define and track key metrics for marketing-influenced and sourced pipeline, optimizing tactics and budget allocation for maximum impact.
- Identify and activate innovative, multi-channel marketing approaches that drive engagement across digital, event, and partner ecosystems.
- Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget, ensuring transparency, ROI measurement, and alignment to business priorities.
- Work closely with sales teams and WatchGuard Partners to strengthen relationships, drive MDF utilization, and co-develop marketing programs that enhance partner performance.
- Collaborate with PR and Social Media teams to amplify regional visibility, thought leadership, and customer advocacy through success stories, media engagement, and social channels.
- Serve as a regional marketing thought leader, proactively sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence with internal stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the field marketing organization.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field, demand generation, or channel marketing leadership roles, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing-influenced pipeline goals and partnering closely with Sales to accelerate deal progression.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams across geographies.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing - spanning digital, events, content, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate marketing metrics into business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong budget management, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.
- Ability to travel throughout the US, Canada and Latin America, up to 30%.
Compensation
The base salary range is $160,000-$180,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 20% of the base salary. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for this role; hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
