Drive growth and market leadership for CrowdStrike's Next Gen SIEM solution across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. As the APJ sales leader for our Next Gen SIEM business, you'll accelerate revenue through strategic leadership of specialised sales teams while establishing CrowdStrike as the premier SIEM solution in this high-growth market.
In this high-impact leadership position, you'll shape our competitive strategy, develop specialised talent, and deliver exceptional results for one of CrowdStrike's most strategic product offerings.
What You'll Do:
Drive revenue growth across APJ by leading and developing a team of NG SIEM Sales Specialists
Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to exceed ambitious revenue targets
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align regional execution with global strategy
Build and nurture strategic customer and partner relationships to accelerate market adoption
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline to ensure predictable business results
Implement MEDDPICC sales methodology to improve deal qualification and velocity
Recruit, develop and retain top sales talent in a competitive market
Establish and communicate clear performance metrics, short-term goals, and long-term objectives aligned with company strategy
What You'll Need:
Required: Current or recent sales leadership experience at a direct SIEM competitor to CrowdStrike
Proven success building and leading high-performing enterprise software sales teams across APJ region
Extensive track record selling SIEM, log management, and security analytics solutions
Deep technical understanding of SIEM architectures, log management technologies, and competitive differentiators
Experience leading teams to consistent quota achievement in enterprise security markets
Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and competitive dynamics in APJ
Demonstrated success implementing MEDDPICC sales methodology
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals
Strong track record of accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Ability to develop strategic account plans and territory strategies
Experience with budget development and resource allocation
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable plans
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
Collaborative approach to working across functions (Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, etc.)
Business acumen to understand how security solutions address customer challenges
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willingness to travel throughout the APJ region as required
Familiarity with cloud security concepts and SaaS delivery models
Ability to engage in technical discussions with customers and internal teams
