Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Regional Director of Corporate Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and building strong client relationships. The Regional Director of Corporate Sales plays a major role in identifying market trends and opportunities to achieve business objectives in addition to having a key role in developing existing relationships with our current corporate accounts and managing a portfolio of new accounts. This role requires the Regional Director of Corporate Sales to successfully retain and grow existing accounts, drive sales, and increase memberships.


This role is based in Austin overseeing the Austin, Central Texas, and select satellite locations.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partners to develop impactful sales materials and promotional content.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions with the sales team.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and mutual success.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have 10 years of proven experience as a Regional Director of Corporate Sales or an equivalent senior sales leadership role within the fitness industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a corporate sales environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture.
  • In-depth understanding of the fitness industry, market trends, and competitors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and agreements with corporate partners.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
