Regional Client Experience Marketing Specialist

OneDigital’s growing and we’re looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in an integrated, digital, content, design and results-focused marketing environment.
You will support regional-focused Client Experience initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. You will have opportunities to manage a wide variety of marketing projects—including building the brand, managing campaigns to drive client expansion, developing thought leadership content, planning and executing industry events, developing print collaterals and website messaging, and executing marketing automation activities.
 

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to design and deliver remarkable client experiences that drive business growth. This role supports the Regional Client Experience Marketing team and reports to the Regional Manager of Client Experience Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for the development and execution of the region’s client experience marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing team in developing strategies and best practices to support the regions retention and client expansion goals that will ensure dynamic client growth and industry-leading retention.
  • Assist in crafting and executing defensive RFP responses, working closely with client service teams to ensure the company is positioned as the preferred partner, addressing client needs and mitigating competitive threats.
  • Support the consistent application of brand guidelines and templates across all client deliverables, collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all materials align with the company’s brand identity and maintain a unified, professional appearance.
  • Support regional event marketing initiatives and provide consulting on event marketing best practices to offices in the region.
  • Manage brand awareness activities in the region, including regional enablement resources, CX event marketing, key market client messaging and execution.
  • Collaborate on an end-to-end customer journey strategy and develop comprehensive plans to engage with customers at every stage and develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience across all touchpoints to drive customer loyalty.
  • Support client feedback mechanism to identify areas for improvement and drive experience enhancements.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, human resources, and/or financial services,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs as a result of integrated and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Demonstrated experience working with much of the following: social, (LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, etc.) digital, (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, SimpleBooklet, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics), design (Adobe Suite, Canva), and organizational platforms (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Smartsheet).
  • Proactive, energetic, and ready to dive in and get your hands dirty;
  • Ability to coordinate the activities of outside vendors to accomplish multiple, concurrent deadlines;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment;
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
  • A continuous learner with ability to accept constructive feedback and grow as a result;

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.  

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
