The Opportunity
Kinomatic is seeking a high-impact Regional Account Manager to lead surgeon onboarding, activation, and early-stage growth across new accounts.

This role sits at the center of our commercial engine owning the transition from signed surgeon to active user, ensuring practices are successfully onboarded, workflows are implemented, and initial patient cases are generated.

You will partner closely with Business Development and Client Experience to ensure every new account is set up for long-term success.

Responsibilities 

  • Own post-sale onboarding and activation of new surgeon accounts 
  •  Lead onboarding sessions, workflow setup, and practice integration 
  • Drive time-to-first-case and early patient lead generation 
  • Partner with Business Development to support expansion and additional sales opportunities 
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and execute within assigned accounts 
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and onboarding progress tracking 
  • Collaborate with Client Experience to ensure seamless handoff post-activation 
  • Provide field feedback to Product, Marketing, and Ops on onboarding friction points
Qualifications

Education 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales strategy, revenue operations

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Experience in sales, onboarding, or implementation within healthcare, SaaS, or medtech 
  • Strong ability to drive activation and adoption in early customer lifecycle 
  • Proven track record of closing or expanding accounts 
  • Ability to train and influence clinical and administrative stakeholders 
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with orthopedic, surgical, or procedural specialties 
  • Background in startup or scaling commercial environments 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Salary Range: $92,720 – $115,900
