Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct background checks, and ensure timely onboarding to fill vacancies efficiently
2.Execute procedures for new hire orientation, probation confirmation, role transfers, and offboarding in compliance with labor regulations
3.Organize new-employee training sessions and assist departments in designing training plans and specialized programs.
4.Track training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
5.Implement employee care initiativesand manage day-to-day employee relations to foster a positive workplace
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years in HR/Administration roles specializing in recruitment and employee relations
2.Proficiency in recruitment interviewing methodologies
3.Knowledge of local labor policies and basic labor risk mitigation
4.Strong interpersonal understanding, cross-department coordination, and resilience under pressure
5.Proactive learning mindset and openness to adopt HR tech innovations
