About Nutrient

Nutrient, we’re revolutionizing how the world works with documents. Our tools transform static files into intelligent, secure workflows, empowering businesses to innovate faster and smarter. Trusted by thousands of organizations across 80 countries—including Fortune 500 companies and public sector leaders—our products streamline processes, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock new possibilities.

Whether you’re designing better people systems, improving operational efficiency, or helping teams grow globally, joining Nutrient means shaping the infrastructure that supports a company whose technology already touches nearly a billion end users worldwide.

Your Role at Nutrient...

As a Recruiting Operations Manager, you’ll own and optimize the systems, processes, and experience that power Nutrient’s global hiring and onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, people systems, and employee experience — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings clarity and order to complex processes, and takes pride in enabling better decision-making across the company.

As part of a small, high-performing People Operations team, you’ll have both focus and breadth. While recruiting operations will be your primary area of ownership, you’ll also backup and support all aspects of the Human Resources function, helping to drive improvement across all  of Nutrient’s people programs.

You’ll report directly to the COO and partner closely with hiring managers and team leads across departments to ensure our recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience processes run efficiently and reflect Nutrient’s values and culture.

What You'll Work On...

Recruiting Operations (50%)

  • Manage and continuously improve Nutrient’s recruiting process end-to-end — from job postings through offer acceptance.
  • Configure and administer our ATS (Rippling) to ensure a seamless, data-driven recruiting workflow.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring processes on track, and ensure stakeholders and leadership are continuously updated on recruiting activity and progress.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess culture and competency alignment.
  • Build and maintain recruiting analytics dashboards to track pipeline health, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure the recruiting experience reflects Nutrient’s brand and core character traits at every touchpoint.

People Operations Support (25%)

  • Collaborate with the People Operations team on onboarding, offboarding, and performance process coordination.
  • Support HR data accuracy and workflow automations across systems.
  • Help implement HR process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain awareness and capability of all People processes, including payroll, to support and backup when and where needed.

Employee Experience & Engagement (25%)

  • Coordinate and track employee satisfaction initiatives and surveys.
  • Partner with leadership to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Contribute ideas that elevate the employee experience and reinforce Nutrient’s culture of ownership and curiosity.

What You'll Bring...

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, people operations, or HR systems within a developer tools, AI, SaaS, or technology company.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing an ATS (Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to keep multiple hiring processes moving efficiently.
  • Proven ability to analyze recruiting and people data to generate insights and guide decision-making.
  • A collaborative, “all-hands” mindset — you’re as comfortable coordinating interviews as you are designing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills across time zones and cultures.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices (European experience is a major plus).
Who Thrives Here...

At Nutrient, we’re not just hiring for skills — we’re hiring for mindset. The people who thrive here are:

  • Collaborators: You collaborate openly, listen actively, and prioritize team success over ego.
  • Hungry Learners: Rapid learning fuels progress and career growth.
  • Curious Thinkers: You dig deep to uncover the “why,” valuing understanding over simply being right.
  • Self-Starters: You take action without waiting for direction, turning obstacles into opportunities with creativity and persistence.
  • Owners: You take responsibility for solutions and outcomes, always looking for ways to improve what’s within your control.
  • Focus on Results: You care about impact, not motion. You measure success by the outcomes your work creates — not just the effort behind it — and you constantly seek to understand how your contributions move the company forward.
Why You'll Love Working Here...

Humans have used documents as the primary means of conveying information and learning for millennia — we’re building what’s next. At Nutrient, we tackle complex challenges to build tools and solutions that reshape how businesses and developers experience and interact with documents.

Nutrient builds powerful document and workflow automation technology used by thousands of customers worldwide — but what really defines us is how we work. We’re a remote-first, globally distributed company that values speed, autonomy, and continuous learning. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the tools to move fast, and the support of teammates who care deeply about doing great work together.

You’ll love it here if you want to:

  • Work in an AI-forward technology company that’s scaling globally.
  • Build systems that make people operations smarter and more efficient.
  • Collaborate across borders in a diverse, respectful, and high-trust environment.
  • Join a team that believes great people operations are the foundation of company success.

We offer competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and an annual global retreat to celebrate achievements and foster connections. Past retreats have taken place in locations like Croatia, Spain, and Greece.

Nutrient believes in equal opportunity, we employ people from many different cultures and countries. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, skill sets, perspectives, as well as providing our employees with a work environment free of harassment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, marital status, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other non-merit factor.
