Operating under the direction of the Recruiting Operations Lead, you will execute diverse operational tasks with high accuracy. Your focus includes working closely with recruiters to open new roles, getting candidates ready for hire, and helping facilitate a smooth and positive onboarding experience for them. Additionally, you will maintain process documents and reports as needed and draft relevant communications to keep stakeholders informed. Success is achieved by reliably completing a high volume of accurate work, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and maintaining business continuity within a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will embody company values by working respectfully and effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you'll:

  • Execute requisition creation and maintenance within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring jobs are opened, posted, and kept up-to-date while maintaining data integrity.
  • Support the candidate onboarding process, including Background Checks, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, ID verification, and other pre-first day requirements or inquiries.
  • Work with internal legal and business teams to review and adjudicate pre-employment outcomes and communicate final decisions to candidates.
  • Provide basic reporting and process documentation support as needed, including the distribution of newsletters and announcements to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Complete straightforward tasks to support other operational work as needed, including basic recruiting work during high-volume hiring months - which may require travel.

At a minimum, we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in high-volume Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or other Program Management roles requiring similar skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity applications (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail or similar software).

It's preferred if you have:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Workday.
  • Experience handling confidential material and maintaining strict data compliance and integrity.
  • Operational experience supporting the candidate onboarding process and new hire equipment provisioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven strong attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $67,600 - $84,490 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
