The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.
As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will support the recruitment process, helping to schedule interviews, coordinate candidates, and maintain organized hiring records.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Support recruitment initiatives and events
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, ATS, and communication tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
