Are you a detail-oriented and people-focused professional looking to grow your career in recruiting? We’re seeking a Recruiting & People Coordinator to support our hiring efforts, create an outstanding candidate experience, and help us find top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to develop foundational recruiting skills while contributing to a fast-paced, innovative team. This position will be located in our Lakewood office in a hybrid capacity in the office at least 2-3 days per week per company policy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the process and ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Some sourcing on passive candidates as roles dictate
  • Hiring Process Support: Conduct reference checks, initiate background checks, and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Process Improvement: Help refine recruitment workflows and ensure best practices in scheduling, communication, and candidate engagement.
  • People Operations Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating new hire paperwork, and supporting internal culture and communication initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a related HR/recruiting support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing conditions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems (Workable preferred).
  • A passion for recruiting, talent sourcing, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Total Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of our compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
