What You'll Do

As a Recruiting Analytics & Strategy Specialist at CORA, you'll:

  • Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across Indeed, Appcast, sponsored job boards, programmatic advertising platforms, and other candidate acquisition channels.
  • Analyze recruitment marketing performance metrics including impressions, clicks, applications, conversion rates, qualified applicants, and hiring outcomes.
  • Monitor recruitment advertising spend and make data-driven recommendations to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and execute candidate acquisition strategies that increase qualified applicant volume and support critical hiring needs.
  • Conduct testing and optimization of job titles, targeting strategies, budgets, posting methods, and campaign performance.
  • Evaluate hiring market trends, recruitment channel effectiveness, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for candidate attraction.
  • Partner with recruiters to support localized hiring initiatives and improve candidate pipeline performance.
  • Assist in developing engaging candidate outreach campaigns, sourcing templates, and recruitment messaging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen CORA's employer brand across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Create and support recruitment marketing materials and content that attract and engage top talent.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to provide analytics, reporting, and strategic recommendations that drive hiring success.

 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in recruitment marketing, digital marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing.
  • Experience managing recruitment advertising campaigns and job board optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience creating marketing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment marketing technologies.
  • Experience measuring campaign performance, source effectiveness, and recruitment marketing ROI.
  • Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
