Currently, the leave management process is painful and inefficient for everyone. Company leaders struggle to keep up with regulations and processes that change frequently, and the employees going on leave are overwhelmed by bureaucracy at an exceptionally important juncture in their career. Sparrow transforms this ordinarily tedious, error-prone, complex to remain compliant, and time-consuming process into a 30-minute end-to-end experience saving teams time (20 - 40 hours per leave) and money (up to $30K per leave).

We’re looking for a highly driven Recruiter to help scale both our revenue-generating and technical teams. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sparrow’s Talent Acquisition team and leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Operations, Partnerships, Engineering and Product to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a contract-to-hire position.
What you will do- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles within Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, RevOps, Partnerships, and more with the ability to flex into technical roles as needed (Engineering, Product).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and refine interview processes while adhering to Sparrow’s standardized procedures.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through outbound sourcing, referrals, and talent networks.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer close.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with People and Leadership teams on recruiting initiatives and talent strategy.
- 3–7+ years of recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing candidates in fast-paced environments.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with outbound recruiting.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven sourcing and recruiting tools to scale pipeline generation and improve efficiency and candidate quality, with a willingness to experiment and adopt new technologies.
- Ability to flex across different types of roles and teams as priorities shift.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions.
- High ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
- Experience recruiting in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
- Familiarity with SaaS or tech GTM org structures is a plus.
