Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM| Position Pay Range: $72,440 - $90,550
Opportunity for an additional, discretionary bonus available
The ideal candidate is located in the New York City Metro
and can work remotely 

Summary/Objective

The Recruiter & Academic Support Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment processing from application to employment offer, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant communications throughout the hiring process. This position also builds and maintains relationships with applicable schools to develop a pipeline of talent. The Recruiter & Academic Support specialist will develop close working relationships with the VP of Operations, hiring managers, schools and students to identify candidates for technologist and front office positions at Envision centers. This position requires strong skills in interviewing techniques, recruiting strategies, and a thorough understanding of Envision's organizational structure and culture.

Essential Functions

1. Collaborates with operational leaders to predict technologist-staffing needs and creates a pipeline of internal and external candidates through cross training and recruitment strategies.

2. Builds and maintains relationships with schools and students to develop a pipeline of candidates for technologist and front office center positions.

3. Scouts and recruits eligible students that demonstrate behavior representative of Envision Radiology.

4. Promotes Envision Radiology's employment value proposition, including benefits, culture, ESOP, and growth opportunities, to attract top talent.

5. Posts open positions on various job boards, both internal and external.

6. Screens applications and conducts initial phone and video interviews with potential applicants.

7. Maintains and tracks applicant profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG).

8. Coordinates and schedules in-person interviews with hiring managers.

9. Works closely with HR Generalists when an offer needs to be extended.

10. Responds to candidate telephone and email inquiries regarding job opportunities with Envision Radiology.

11. Develops recruiting and staffing best practices and determines areas for improvement on a continuous basis.

12. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear.

Travel

Periodic travel (up to 20%) is expected for this position.

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications/Experience:

• One plus year of experience with front end recruiting

• Experience working with an ATS – UltiPro preferred

• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player

• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately

• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment

• Ability to continuously exceed company and customer expectation

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Education/Certifications:

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED) – continuing education preferred
