Humana has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional Recruiter. The Recruiter will be a key member of a team that works strategically with hiring leaders throughout their recruiting alignment to attract, identify, and hire excellent talent for leaders on large scale and project hiring initiatives.

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment from the beginning of the process with conducting strategy sessions with business leaders through the offer stage. The Recruiter will consult with business leaders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategy, posting options, and the strategic plan for the entire lifecycle of the requisition. Additionally, the Recruiter will leverage various technologies including the use of a CRM and screening options within Workday and HireVue to enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

What we need your help with:

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment of multiple positions as well as large scale and project hiring initiatives throughout the aligned business group
  • Consultative approach that drives productive relationships with all members of the HR team, as well as key stakeholders within various business areas
  • Adaptive technical ability that utilizes tools available to source, screen, schedule candidates with appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Ability to focus on identifying talent in competitive environment through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts
  • Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organization’s applicant tracking system
  • An engaged team member that participates in a proactive manner

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting or HR/TA Coordinator experience
  • Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is require
  • As a work at home associate you must have a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Required: the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
  • Experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
  • Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments
  • Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems preferably WorkDay ATS, HireVue, and Phenom CRM

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$71,100 - $97,800 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
