We are looking for a Records Supervisor to join our team in our St. Louis, MO Warehouse. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.
Our Records Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations within the department, ensuring effective records storage, maintenance, and digitization.

Pay: $60,000.00/an, Bonus Eligible
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
Location: St. Louis, MO 63138
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects
Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees.
Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of Customers orders
Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand
Provides relief coverage for operational duties when employees utilize time off or are absent
Prepares accurate reports
Ensures compliance of all federal, state and company regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum - High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years of Supervisory/Management experience in a records management or production environment preferred
Strong team training and leadership skills
Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills
Strong project management experience in a high volume production environment.
This position requires effective communication, internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication.
Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
