We indirectly impact sales growth by enabling our sales team and channel partners to spend more time in front of customers, sell more and focus on driving new opportunities.
Job Description

The Records Retention & Reporting Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the imaging and retention of customer documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining Motorola Solutions' Federal Customer Hierarchy and Data, as well as developing and maintaining sales reports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organize, maintain, and store records in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Scan and upload documents to create digital records

  • Maintain accurate records of file changes and access

  • Process and digitally file incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Develop and implement records retention schedules and policies

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements for record retention

  • Manage the lifecycle of records, including creation, storage, retrieval, and destruction

  • Compile and prepare reports on records management activities

  • May audit record-keeping practices and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills necessary

  • Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented; team building skills a plus

  • Strong time management abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business teams

  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping practices and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated competency with office tools (e.g. MS Office and Google Suite)

  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team

Target Base Salary Range

$48,500.00 - $80,900.00

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
