As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to support our office team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will handle phone calls, greet guests, manage basic office tasks and assist with communication across the team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and keeping an office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
- Assist with scheduling and general inquiry support
- Perform data entry and maintain basic records
