As a Project Manager Senior in the Design & Construction team, you will guide the design and construction processes, ensuring the successful expansion of our network. Your role is crucial in managing projects from inception to completion, including due diligence, design, pre-construction, construction, and close-out activities. You will work closely with real estate, project management, and architectural team members, leveraging your expertise to ensure fiscal responsibility, quality control, and strong partnerships. By applying your top-tier project management skills, you will engage with clients to understand and meet their needs, contributing to the success of our projects and the communities we support.
Job responsibilities:
- Facilitate critical stakeholder meetings, provide on-site project leadership, and apply financial acumen to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with a project team including project managers, architects, designers, and other professionals to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
- Review and approve financial documents, Statement of Work (SOWs), and track project spending and change management.
- Oversee project budgets, due diligence reports, schedules, and status reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Work with real estate partners to develop letters of intent and work letters for lease negotiations.
- Manage project scope to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery, executing supplemental funding requests as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong understanding of the design and construction process with relevant project management experience in a client-focused setting.
- Knowledge of the site approval/entitlement process.
- Proven track record of decisive action, big-picture thinking, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- People-focused, with the ability to manage client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution and project success.
- Ability to contribute to team culture, growth, and development by providing on-site leadership.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels.
- Adaptability to deliver amidst continuous change in an agile work environment.
