As R&D Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and execution of R&D operations within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of R&D processes, ensuring timely delivery and smooth cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, customer success, and other stakeholders to drive operational excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support and coordination for the R&D Leadership Team, including setting agendas, priorities, and objectives for that team, including management of some of the meetings
  • Initiate and optimize the R&D process to ensure that best practices and business processes are consistent and well-aligned across the organization, including quarterly planning and tracking
  • Support the R&D release process and large projects
  • Communicating, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and metrics and areas of risk/opportunity. Process dependencies and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders
  • Cross-department communication and collaboration with partners, such as Product Management and Customer Success, to strengthen customer communication

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in R&D operations, project management, or a similar role within the technology or software industry
  • Proven experience and understanding of R&D and release management processes in a B2B SaaS company – a must 
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Superior organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management tools, data analysis software, and other relevant software applications such as Jira/ Confluence
  • Ability to balance and prioritize between different stakeholders pains and needs 
  • Experience with both cloud and on-premise software development cycles- an advantage
  • Quick and self-learner, high level of English (verbal and written)
