Job Description
The RCM Success Manager III plays a critical role in managing full-cycle revenue processes for assigned clients. This position combines analytical expertise with strong customer relationship skills to resolve complex issues, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with financial standards. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams, driving operational excellence and delivering insights that improve financial performance.What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end billing and collections for assigned accounts.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to resolve complex revenue cycle challenges.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and deliver reporting and analysis to leadership teams.
- Navigate challenging customer conversations with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer outcomes and streamline processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on Revenue Cycle Management experience.
- At least 2 years as an RCM Success Manager II or in a managerial/customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in RCM systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end account processes and drive results.
