Associate Manager Client Executive

With Practice Fusion Billing Services, professional billing experts help organizations ensure accurate billing, and partner with them at every step of the revenue cycle. The role of the Associate Manager Client Executive is to ensure the Billing Services Team smoothly transitions and supports customers who are engaging with the Practice Fusion Billing Service offering.

The Associate Manager Client Executive (CE) serves as the central point of escalation for Practice Fusion Billing Customers and supports the Client Success Managers to troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the more complex issues effecting a customers outcome.. The CE role is primarily involved in determining the root cause of a problem, mapping out a corrective plan and engaging the various stakeholders to drive progress. To accomplish these goals, the CE partners with our clients and internal Veradigm stakeholders to ensure remarkable client experiences with our products and services. The CE is an advocate for the customer to work through the myriad of issues that create risk in the relationship with the customer. They are an extension of the RCS operations team who’s main role is to support the Customer Success Managers by coordinating efforts to drive better financial outcomes for the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary operational contact point when escalations occur with the client to ensure an extraordinary experience with Veradigm products and services.
  • Responds to inquiries made from the Customer, Operations, and onboarding.
  • Serves as a “revenue cycle” specialist to the PF Billing Services customer.
  • Understands and can troubleshoot questions related to onboarding, activation, revenue cycle performance, and billing workflows.
  • Engages with the customer to review revenue cycle performance. Capable of identifying revenue leakage and opportunities for growth.
  • Drives resolution for complex challenges by bringing various teams together to problem solve.
  • Identifies opportunities for and ensures execution of solution optimizations, workflow best practices, educational opportunities, etc.
  • Monitors and shares observations regarding trending issues.
  • Actively participates in suggestions for optimizing and improving the customer experience.
  • Provides a customer response within 24 hours of the initial request.
  • Keeps key stakeholders abreast of progress with open items.
  • Escalates issues to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Communicates, often challenging, circumstances in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Manage the Practice Fusion Billing Services team and achieve all assigned goals.

Skills Required:

  • Coding & Billing Expertise
  • Understanding of common revenue cycle operational workflows
  • Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing with customers
  • Understanding of EDI/ERA enrollment processes
  • Understanding of how data integrates and interfaces from EHR to PM, billing portal
  • Critical thinking
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Ability to make decisions with respect to solving issues related to the revenue cycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience (Preferred)
  • 3+ years Revenue Cycle experience (Required)
  • Veradigm Practice Management experience (Required)
  • Practice Fusion EHR experience (Preferred)
  • Salesforce experience (Preferred)
