The program provides hands-on instruction in incident response, risk management, threat hunting, product security, and network security, along with simulated job tasks, projects, enterprise systems, certifications, career coaching, and employer connections. Participants complete a counselor assessment, one-way interview, acceptance process, and City University of Seattle registration.

To qualify for this program you must:
- Apply to this posting and we will submit you to RapidAscent (they will reach out to get you started)
- Complete a one-on-one assessment with your RapidAscent career counselor
- Complete one-way interview
- Obtain an acceptance letter and register with CityU for the RA program
