Evaluates and manages personal lines insurance risks within established authority, accepting, rejecting, or modifying new and renewal business. Maintains profitability through risk selection, exceptions, loss-ratio analysis, and regulatory compliance. Builds agent relationships, communicates underwriting decisions, promotes company products, trains agency staff, mentors newer underwriters, and partners with territory managers to address trends and improve growth.

Leads enterprise accounting transformation engagements by deploying AI Agents, automating accounting workflows, troubleshooting Python, SQL, API, and integration issues, and driving customer adoption and ROI. Partners with CFOs, Controllers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams; oversees implementation partners; develops recovery plans for at-risk accounts; and influences product strategy. Requires deep accounting expertise, technical implementation skills, workflow automation experience, and travel up to 60%.
