The Role

The Deals Desk team plays a key role in enabling efficient, accurate, and compliant deal execution. As a Quoting Specialist, you will support the end-to-end deal process by reviewing and validating quotes, coordinating approvals, and maintaining accurate deal data. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue, to facilitate deal progression and support non-standard commercial requests.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the sales team by creating accurate and compliant quotes using internal tools (e.g., CPQ, Salesforce)
  • Serve as a trusted partner to Sales by assisting with product configurations, pricing, and commercial terms
  • Review deals to ensure quote completeness, appropriate approvals, and adherence to internal policies
  • Coordinate deal approvals with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Revenue
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and other cross-functional teams to drive deal progress
  • Manage order form template edits, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved commercial terms and internal standards
  • Track and update quotations throughout the sales cycle, including modifications to pricing or structure as needed
  • Provide responsive and solutions-oriented support to Sales by leveraging knowledge of systems, processes, and product offerings
  • Own and manage internal transfers, ensuring accurate quote execution, proper documentation, and alignment with internal policies
  • Apply analytical skills to review pricing scenarios and support commercial decision-making
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales operations, tools, and deal desk processes

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred
  • Familiarity with internal tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, or AdobeSign
  • Experience in sales operations, Deal Support, Quoting, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Support and adhere to the Company’s Core Values
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with systems like Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from cross-functional teams
  • Strong numerical aptitude and an analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret pricing and deal data
  • Critical thinking skills to assess deal structures, identify potential risks, and contribute to practical solutions
  • Ability to self-manage effectively—prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently with minimal supervision
