Role: Quality Manager (QM) & Automation Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager (QM) & Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation as well as deep knowledge of quality management processes in a product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and START framework.

  • Ensure test automation coverage across functional, regression, performance, and security areas.

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and scale the automation framework.

Quality Management:

  • Ensure adherence to SAP quality processes and guidelines, including Product Standards, Corporate Requirements, Test Management Processes and Tools, Performance, and Security compliance.

  • Establish and drive quality strategies to support high product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Plan, manage, and track testing activities, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

  • Act as a quality advocate, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in QA and test automation.

  • Hands-on experience with Selenium and START for automation testing.

  • Strong understanding of SAP quality standards, processes, and tools.

  • Experience with test management tools and methodologies.

  • Proven ability to work in a product development environment — experience with UOM and PRA products preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
