Job Description

We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an entry-level motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:

  • Conduct, document, and provided feedback on quality control reviews to assess adherence to company standards and procedures
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Analyze basic metrics and prepare reports based on quality control data
  • Assist with associate scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for call volume
  • Work with confidential and/or sensitive information, data, and matter in accordance to company standards
  • Assist with other duties as requested.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role is required.
  • Experience with basic office and quality control software tools is preferred.
